Felix G. Poggemann, Attorney

Felix received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Chicago in 1996 and his law degree from the University of Denver in 1999. After working one year in Denver practicing commercial and mass tort litigation, he returned with his family to his home state of California. Since then, Felix has devoted his career to providing legal advocacy for his clients in courtrooms, before arbitrators, and in administrative hearings.

Over his career, Mr. Poggemann has been the lead trial attorney in dozens of cases before juries, judges, arbitrators, and government agencies. He believes in his clients. If an advantageous settlement is impossible, Mr. Poggemann is willing to take a case to trial to protect his clients’ rights and interests.
